Cant anyone find a better financial markets model , one where your investment is at leased preserved , this hideous thing now in operation has caused so much wealth destruction and misery to people and there family , why didnt the penny drop in the 1930s ? . This current model is only spiritual in nature . I like the one in pink .

The fed is the "federal" reserve which has federal reserve banks, which makes notes that becomes part of the backings banks hold in part of the "money market" along with banker's notes and short term papers. It is a independent branch of the government so the economy isn't effected by the election cycle, much like the judiciary branch, and has nothing to do with private banks.
