very well put, i agree completely. when i watched the film i questioned how any child would be able to understand many of the concepts considering that i found it complexe

This was a beautiful movie. I expected it to have a better storyline, but it had beautiful scenes surrounding it, which made up for this.

I like this movie but it just goes to show that when you turn to pixar for a good comedy, something is wrong with hollywood.

Wall-E is a rather complex film especially thematically when compared to other Disney films; it has been imbued with the essence of comedy, yet at the same time it is darkly satirical (just consider the setting of the film). This may pose problems for kids to understand the film completely. Nevertheless, I think that Wall-E is definitely a breakthrough in the series of Disney films, and should be made comparable to the Dark Knight, only in a less morbid and upsetting way. |
